Bee sighting!

Yesterday we had a break in our cold winter and I saw.... one of our bees!

If we get another run of warmer days we will feed the bees to give them a little bit of a boost. Here's hoping for an early spring!

We had a late start but once it got going it was so lovely....

This is my all time favorite image....  of a bee on a sunflower. We get to see this all the time.  I can't get enough.

Our bees are sleeping but I'm hoping for a full harvest of honey this year. It will be on sale at the Lancaster Farmer's Market.

It all started last spring....over a year ago

It's only January... but can't you wait for spring? Remember when it all started like this....

But then it was over.
